From your baby's first dip to advanced butterfly, choose from eight lesson options with certified instructors, and an indoor lesson pool kept at a toasty 93°F.

Learn a life skill

Swimming is not only a fun fitness activity but also a lifesaving one. Early swimming lessons will help your children feel at home in the water and ensure they learn a fun way to exercise for life. We offer group, private, and semi-private lessons for children and private lessons for adults. There is always a lifeguard on duty during group lessons.

Brentwood Aquatics

Two indoor pools, year-round.

Lessons happen exclusively in our 93°F warm-water teaching pool, so no shivering kids and no cold-water reluctance. Family swim and lap swim use our Olympic-sized lap pool.

Lap Pool

Olympic-sized · 84–85°F

Four lanes are available to members during club operating hours, with scheduled Water Aerobics and Advanced Swim Conditioning sessions.

Curriculum

Swimming lessons for ages 6 months through adults.

Each lesson is a structured 25 minutes (5 + 7 + 7 + 5) with an instructor who knows exactly what your swimmer needs to progress.

Competitive swim conditioning focused on endurance, stroke refinement, race skills, starts, turns, and all four competitive strokes.

Tryouts: Tryouts are scheduled the first Tuesday of each month. Ask the aqua desk for availability and tryout details.
